i was shocked to discover no complimentary coffee at all, how absoluteley ridiculous in this day and age. on top of that, the poor check-in experience was so unwelcoming, it felt like they were doing me a favor just by acknowledging my existence. i almost considered leaving a good review, but thanks for ruining that.

Had an awesome time with friends! The room was spacious with great views and Starbucks coffee for breakfast was a treat. Loved hanging out by the outdoor fire ring in the evening. We checked out Proctors Theater and the Museum of Innovation and Science, both were cultural highlights that added to our trip!
